Project Engineer 項目工程師
崗位職責(zé)
1.Lead a team to develop new projects.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一個團隊來開發(fā)新的國內(nèi)或國外項目。
2.Provide project management and support for new products, from design inception to production.
為新產(chǎn)品提供項目管理和支持，從設(shè)計到生產(chǎn)。
3.Manage project timelines & milestones, work with internal R&D team, suppliers, and US colleagues/customers on project development.
管理項目時間表，與內(nèi)部研發(fā)團隊，供應(yīng)商，和美國同事/客戶一起進行項目開發(fā)。
4.Lead the efforts on product development through working with cross function team, act as the driven force.
作為通主要推動力量，與跨職能團隊的合作來領(lǐng)導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的工作。
5.Support and lead optimization projects, mainly for process optimization (Output, productivity, quality, methods).
支持和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)優(yōu)化項目，主要用于流程優(yōu)化(輸出、生產(chǎn)率、質(zhì)量、方法)。
6.Take business trips to visit factories, fairs and exhibitions as required.
根據(jù)需要出差去參觀工廠、展覽會和展覽。

7.Broad project management experience, Broad understanding of operations related processes.廣泛的項目管理經(jīng)驗，對操作相關(guān)流程有廣泛的理解。
8.Familiar with plastic injection molding, sheet metal design / tooling.熟悉注塑成型、鈑金加工、模具制造。
9.Fluent in written, spoken & listening English, excellent skills of communication and coordination.
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。（國內(nèi)項目工程師的外語口語能力不作要求，能進行一定的英文讀寫即可）
10.Software skill required, such as MS Office, Project, AutoCAD.需要的軟件技能，如MS Office，項目，AutoCAD。
11.Team player, detail-oriented, well-organized, result-driven, responsible, good trouble shooting skills.
團隊合作伙伴，注重細節(jié)，組織良好，結(jié)果導(dǎo)向負責(zé)，有良好的解決問題的能力。
12.Hard working, able to work under pressure, positive, determined and Self-motivation.
努力工作，能在壓力下工作，積極，有決心，有自我激勵。
13.Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, with initiative and mature character.
本科或以上學(xué)歷，工程專業(yè)，具有主動和成熟的性格。
